I offer a personalised approach to qigong with your needs put at the forefront of your experience. Class sizes will always remain small so each participant can get the most from the class. I work outdoors when the UK weather allows and from a quiet studio space in Randwick village, Stroud. I am extremely fluid in my approach and can usually find a time to suit your lifestyle.
